HANNAH

BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Hannah grew up dancing and performing.
As a child she spent every Saturday at the Johnny Young Talent School in Adelaide where she danced, sang and acted her way through every Saturday. Performing is her love!

She also had a love of Latin Dancing and came 1st and 2nd in the La Classique Ballroom competition’s in the Latin segments!

She spent the majority of her adult life in the health and fitness Industry.
Graduating College with an Adv. Diploma in Health Science in Holistic Counselling.

Han then went on to have her own private practice and later owned and operated a Hypoxi Health & Weight Loss Centre in Cotton Tree.

While all of this was fulfilling, it was not until Hannah discovered Barre that she felt all the pieces come together!

 

Han says:
"Barre is such an amazing combination of some fantastic modalities of fitness.
I love that it is low impact and therefore suitable for most women."

The physical benefits of barre are many.
It is not only amazing for getting long lean muscle, toned abs and arms.
It is also fantastic for posture, pelvic floor and feeling strong and confident.

Recent time spent in New York allowed Hannah to attend a variety of Barre Classes in some of the best studios in the world!

She came back to Australia with an even greater passion for Barre and decided to create a variety of formats:

Bella Barre
Boot Barre
Slow Barre
Interval Barre

Classes are very challenging yet also lots of fun! "We all dig deep together, support each other, and have a great time!"

Each class ends with some deep stretching and breath work to help melt away the intensity of class.
