Hannah grew up dancing and performing. It has always been a love of hers. Most of Hannah's adult life has been committed to the health & wellness industry, however, it wasn't until she discovered Barre, that she felt all the pieces come together!
Samantha is a mum & wife who has a passion for women's wellness. In becoming a Yoga Instructor, she has found her true passion & foundation for helping women. Sam is dedicated to showing ALL women the skills of slowing down & honouring their body!
Karen is a busy wife and mum of 3! She started dancing at the age of 3 and never stopped! "Dance is my escape from the stress & routine of everyday life." Karen LOVES teaching a variety of genre's: jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, cabaret.
Lucy Towne & Anna Marchant
Lucy is 17 y.o, just graduated from high school. She is a Dance Teacher, teaching children between 2 & 10. She is such a bubbly & fun person & LOVES spending time with kids!
Anna has grown up dancing! She is in her final year of studying to be a speech pathologist.
