Hannah grew up dancing and performing. It has always been a love of hers. Most of Hannah's adult life has been committed to the health & wellness industry, however, it wasn't until she discovered Barre, that she felt all the pieces come together!

Karen Towne

Dance Instructor

Karen is a busy wife and mum of 3! She started dancing at the age of 3 and never stopped! "Dance is my escape from the stress & routine of everyday life." Karen LOVES teaching a variety of genre's: jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, cabaret.

Jaye Flemming

Yoga Instructor

Jaye has a background in dance and was principal of a dance school in Hervey Bay, for 20 years.

In 2007 Jaye trained as a Yoga ChinGung teacher and followed up with training in many healing modalities, a few being Mindfulness CBT, Real Life Coach, Qualified Journey Practitioner. 

Lucy Towne & Anna Marchant



Lucy is 17 y.o, just graduated from high school. She is a Dance Teacher, teaching children between 2 & 10. She is such a bubbly & fun person & LOVES spending time with kids!

Anna has grown up dancing! She is in her final year of studying to be a speech pathologist.
